CIDG and Landrum & Brown consortium offer for the 'Concept of the Polish central airport'
By the end of May the Ministry of Infrastructure will review the bids of companies for preparation of study for the central Polish airport feasibility.
A consortium composed of Landrum & Brown, Crowley Infrastructure Development Group and partner companies prepared an offer according to the requirements of the customer to execute analytical work, which will form the basis for the decision to build a central airport (LCP), or the adoption of airport infrastructure development scenario without such a port.
Analytical work is to include analysis of current market forecasts for the development of air transport, the analysis of the current airport facilities and navigational facilities and the possibility of its development, with the recommendations of contractors.
In addition to the CIDG consortium, Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers consortium also placed their offers. After the end of March, when the Customer has chosen most expensive offer and rejected the others for formal reasons, National Board of Appeal forced customer to re-consider the offer till the end of May.
