Review and evaluation of financial projections recommended in the Master Plan for the airport in Łódź
The purpose of the project was to analyse the method of financing the infrastructural investment under the Master Plan submitted by the contractor in the short- and long-term perspective. The financial principles and methodology was reviewed, and, on that basis, the reliability of the Master Plan's recommendation was confirmed, along with comments and indication of higher-risk investment projects within the financing plan.

Study prepared for the Podkarpackie Region Marshal Office, with an in-depth analysis of local conditions, links between airport development and regional development plans and the economic appraisal of the impact of individual solutions on the development of the entire region. The study contained the analysis of the present status of the airport, the existing and potential demand for aviation services in the Podkarpackie region, as well as comparison of risks and benefits for the prospective stakeholders of the project.
