George D. Crowley, Jr.

George D. Crowley, Jr. is an American businessman who specialises in pioneering investment projects. He has over 20 years of experience in planning and delivery of infrastructural projects in the United States, South America and Europe. In 1982, he founded the Crowley Cellular Telecommunications, which served as the stimulus for the Crowley Group's development. Crowley Cellular became second largest private company delivering wireless telecommunication services in the United States and Latin America. In 1993, George D. Crowley, Jr. was elected president and executive director of the holding company comprising South American telecommunication providers in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia and Venezuela. In November 2000, George D. Crowley, Jr. established Salmon PCS LLC, which, in collaboration with Cingular Wireless, extended and supported a new generation of cellular networks in urban areas across the United States. Salmon won a government contract for frequencies, valued at USD 2.3 billion.
George D. Crowley, Jr. was the director and first investor in Southern Starr Broadcasting Company, supported by public funds. He was also a member of the Young Presidents Organization and a board member at US Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association.

George D. Crowley, Jr. is an attorney by profession. He has graduated from Georgetown University and the Georgetown University Law Centre in Washington. He is also a member of the Georgetown University's Board of Regents.

Jarosław Roszkowski

Jarosław Roszkowski has outstanding managerial experience, notably in the area of infrastructural and capital investments. Working for Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT airline since 1975, he was deputy executive director and director at the Air Operations Division of the company. He supervised the technical and operational aspects of PLL LOT's activities at 53 airports. Jarosław Roszkowski participated in the replacement scheme consisting in the upgrade of the aircraft fleet from Russian planes into state-of-the-art Boeing and ATR aircraft. He supervised the construction and upgrade of facilities at the new airport in Warsaw, co-authored feasibility studies as well as ensured proper delivery of investment projects and launch of key airport processes.
Jarosław Roszkowski was responsible for PLL LOT's restructuring and establishment of new companies: LOT Catering and LOT Ground Services. He authored conceptual strategic studies for new undertakings. He has co-founded Casinos Poland and a number of other companies. The restructuring brought with it investment projects the market value of which exceeded USD 1 billion. Jarosław Roszkowski cooperated with the City of Wrocław authorities on the extension of the Strachowice airport and launch of international air operations at regional airports.
Since 2000, Jarosław Roszkowski has been the executive director at Crowley Data Poland, a nationwide wireless data transmission network operator. He has successfully implemented the investment process concerning the establishment of an ICT network at the largest Polish metropolitan areas. The project he supervised brought a positive economic result and a considerable market success. Since 2003, he has been President of the Crowley Infrastructure Development Group. In the last two decades, he has sat on supervisory boards of recognised companies, such as EuroLot, Casinos Poland, KN Air Cargo, Rohling Poland and Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Cieplnych. He is also an active member of foundations and associations.
Jarosław Roszkowski graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology, is certified in Crisis Management and holds a European quality management certificate issued by Rheinisch-Westfalischer TUV (Essen).
