CIDG develops in Poland an American investment development model, called the Master Developer. Based on the FBOT formula (Finance, Build, Operate, Transfer), the Master Developer coordinates and supervises all stages of the project.

The Master Developer assumes responsibility for the project development at each stage, in all areas of airport operations, that is from the pre-project needs analysis and identification of development opportunities for the airport by design, through organisational matters, legal and financial aspects, to being the contracted manager of the airport.
