Regional Network
CIDG designs, consults and supervises implementation of innovative telecommunication solutions.
Rapidly growing needs of the society and public institutions regarding telecommunication services and internet access have thus far been satisfied nearly exclusively by telecommunication operators.
Since recently, the so-called alternative telecommunication has also become feasible, based on the concept of Regional Networks, which can turn local government authorities into active players in the telecom market. The Regional Network is a component of telecom infrastructure, operated by the local government, and with residents and institutions of the regions as beneficiaries.
- CIDG supports local governments in the establishment of telecom networks and urban surveillance systems.
- CIDG creates telecommunication access networks based on the FTTH or FTTC model.
- CIDG is involved in the project as the project engineer. As a result, it exercises technical oversight of the investment project in compliance with the rules of FIDIC's engineering.
CIDG experts can:
- design and build a state-of-the-art ICT network
- advise on investment financing
- assist in network and devices operation.
